us-cop-chase.jpgAfter a two county chase, a 43 year old Miami man led police on a high speed chase which ended in a crash near Port Everglades and Federal Highway.  The incident originated with reports of Roberto Calzadilla allegedly pointing a gun at a woman and a young girl where he threatened their lives.

Calzadilla who was driving a stolen vehicle was not injured in the crash.  However, he now faces an array of charges from a past warrant for kidnapping, aggravated battery on a pregnant woman and a threat to kill a police officer.  With current charges of possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of a firearm, fleeing police and aggravated battery of a police officer, when he ran one police officer off of the road during the chase.

If you or someone that you know has been arrested and charged with a crime, call a criminal defense attorney immediately.  Do not talk to the police or the prosecutor assigned to your case.  Talk to a criminal defense attorney who will protect your rights.  Those individuals that have been charged with past crimes understand that the stakes are higher.  If you have a criminal record judges will treat you differently, so it is critical that you retain vigorous representation that will minimize the impact of subsequent arrests.  Attorney John Musca is on your side and will remain so throughout your difficulties.  Musca Law provides a high level of professional representation for those charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes, and provides the best representation that you can obtain.
